Yes! Kai does a number of art shows, both juried and non-juried, as well as occasional craft shows throughout the year. Keep an eye out on his event calendar on this website for upcoming shows.

Shipping And Returns Policy

We ask that you notify us that you would like to return an item within 7 days of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since the delivery date, we, unfortunately, can’t offer you a refund.
For returns, use our contact page and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return. We will be in touch with you within 24 hours to coordinate your return.
All returns must be shipped back in the same packaging, and with the same care they were originally shipped to you, including insurance for the full value of the artwork.
*Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
Damaged/defective printed product
A free replacement or a refund will be offered by Printify if the problem is reported to kaigentileart@gmail.com within 7 days of product delivery. We will work closely with Printiful to ensure that the process is as seamless and fast as possible.
Returns/exchanges for printed products
Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.
If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued. -
We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. We usually use USPS or UPS for most of our shipping.

There is no shipping charge added to the price of the painting when you shop with us. The price you see for the painting is also the price you'll pay at checkout; no additional costs for shipping will be added.

Original paintings, including hats, vinyls and tiles will be shipped from Kai's studio within 2 business days of purchase. Average shipping time are 4-14 days, depending on the size of your item(s) and your location. You will be updated with an expected timeframe and a tracking number when your piece(s) have been shipped to you.
All printed items, including canvas prints, paper prints (giclees) and merchandise will ship within 2 to 7 business days. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order has shipped.

All paintings are professionally and carefully packed and shipped, to ensure that they are not damaged in the shipping process.
